What is a "community"? +

A "community" is a full property or group of buildings that you manage as one location. A community may consist of a single building or multiple buildings, but it functions as one organized property with shared amenities, leasing operations, and management.

How many parking and maintenance manager accounts do I get? +

Each community includes five (5) flexible parking and maintenance manager accounts. You can allocate these accounts however you like:

  • 1 Parking + 4 Maintenance
  • 3 Parking + 2 Maintenance
  • Or any combination that suits your needs
Can I change my plan later? +

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your portfolio grows or changes. Our pricing scales with your needs.
